Andrei Gritskov

Director of Tetkool, founder of Estonian Restaurateur Union,expert and ideologist of restaurant culture. Andrei Gritskov graduated from Tallinn Pedagogical University in 2004. His career comprises 17–year–experience. In 2013 Andrei Gritskov graduated Le Cordon Bleu London Course – Cuisine Techniques. He has also got his PhD in the same University.

Arthur Ovchinnikov

Well-known chef in Estonia and all over the world. 25 years of experience. He represented our country at various contests as «Baltic culinary star» (winner of gold and bronze medals in “Black Box” nomination), Prestigious International Kremlin Cup and «Bocuse d’Or». His chef career comprises working in Le Bonaparte, Frens Catering, ENZO restaurant(Tallinn). He launched two restaurants La Boheme (Latvia and Estonia). Currently he is the Chef in Kõue mõis.

Rudolf Visnapuu

President of the Estonian Chefs Association, winner of various international contests, owner of Le Gordon Bleu Order. Rudolf is fond of molecular gastronomy. He organized the team preparing dinners for the official state visits, meeting politicians from all over the world. Moreover, namely Rudolf Visnapuu was the accredited chef to cook for Her Majesty – Queen Elizabeth II – the fact that gives much authority to the chef. He was the Head Chef of «Kolm õde», «Dominik»,«Mannerheim». Active President of Estonian Chefs Association.

Olga Teterez

MA in English Philology, professional translator, graduate of Estonian School of Diplomacy, specialist in international relations and European integration, socially active person. Due to Olga’s high professionalism, your lessons will become a start of real friendship with the teacher, as well as language.

Jouni Toivanen

Innovation and ambitions are two core concepts that make Jouni’s work distinctive. Famous finnish chef is focusing on traditions and modernism at the same time. He worked in the best restaurants of Finland and Barcelona. Best restaurants – Rafla, Yume, Pure Bistro and luxury Palace Gourmet are just part of Jouni’s biography. Today Jouni is the Head chef and the owner of restaurant Luomo, listed in the Michelin Guide.

Vera Yefremova

Have you ever met a teacher with half a century experience? You have a chance to do it! She is the professional of Russian and Estonian languages teaching. A graduate of Tartu University. She is able to teach even those people, who consider they were not born for languages at all. Vera Yefremova is the most experienced teacher, being part of our team since 1999.

Olga Guseva

Baker – confectioner with master degree in food technology. She seems to know every step in food producing, as well as the variety of culinary arts. Olga has 25 years of working experience, being part of our team for the last 7 years. Due to her work, more than 100 talented confectioners applied their talents in confectionary field. Due to her talents, our world became sweeter!

Aleksei Norden

Practicising psychologist. He has organized various professional trainings for companies and factories in the field of communication, leadership and service. Earlier, Alexey has been lecturing in high institutions like Mainor, Audentes, Estonian Business School. Board member of Estonian Group-Analytical Community.

Tatyana Izyumnikova

MA in Economy, expert in business organization and development, restaurant management, business planning, staff management. Teaching experience – 20 years. More than 10 000 specialists in business organization and management. Tatyana Izyumnikova is also the founder of various methodology. She has created more than 12 basic study programmes in economy theory, entrepreneurship, marketing, staff management and business insurance for high education institutions.

Angela Melikhova

PhD in legal science, associate professor, board member of Russian Academic Sociaety in Estonia, publisher of 50 scientific methodological works in civil and labour law, as well as European Union Law. Main specialization – Labour law. Teaching experience – 12 years in high institutions. Due to active practice in law matters, she is always in line with actual business problems and peculiarities.

During his 21 years of experience, he has launched 21 restaurant openings, the latter of which is located in Tallinn - MIX FUSION. Despite all these facts, he has managed to have his internship in Allan Ducasse and Gordon Ramsey restaurants. Vladimir has published his own culinary book and knows every process that happened to the products on your plate.
